Dubai’s skyline is set to welcome another architectural icon as Azizi Developments revealed updated pricing for its highly anticipated Burj Azizi, with residential apartments now starting from Dh4.97 million. Rising along Sheikh Zayed Road, the skyscraper will reach an impressive height of 725 metres across 140 floors, making it the world’s second-tallest building upon completion, which is scheduled for 2029.
Designed as a vertical lifestyle destination, the tower will combine luxury residences, hospitality experiences, retail outlets, entertainment venues, fine dining, and cultural attractions within a single landmark development.
Luxury Living Above the Skyline
Burj Azizi will feature a collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside exclusive ultra-luxury penthouses positioned on the highest levels of the tower. Each penthouse will include private lobby access, reinforcing privacy and exclusivity.
Residents will benefit from an extensive range of premium amenities, including swimming pools, a wellness spa, fitness and yoga facilities, a private cinema, gaming areas, and an array of shopping and dining options — all integrated within the building to offer a fully self-contained lifestyle.
Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, highlighted the significance of the project, noting that having two of the world’s tallest buildings located within close proximity demonstrates Dubai’s ambition and its ability to continuously redefine urban innovation and architectural excellence.
Seven-Star Hospitality and Record-Breaking Attractions
In addition to residential offerings, the tower will host an all-suite seven-star hotel designed to deliver ultra-luxury hospitality experiences. The hotel will feature seven globally inspired dining concepts, a grand ballroom, and an exclusive beach club experience tailored for elite guests.
Burj Azizi is also expected to set multiple world records, including the highest observation deck located on level 130, the world’s highest hotel lobby on level 111, the highest nightclub on level 126, and the highest restaurant on level 122. At the pinnacle of the tower, a dedicated museum will showcase the story behind the building’s construction through immersive multimedia displays.
Once completed, Burj Azizi aims to stand as a new symbol of Dubai’s forward-looking vision, combining luxury living, tourism, and entertainment within one of the most ambitious skyscraper projects ever undertaken.
